REIQ update from the CEO: 8th September 2021

The countdown is on to our industry's night of nights after we announced the finalists for the 2021 REIQ Awards for Excellence this week. We received a record number of nominations this year and I wish to thank everyone who took the time to enter while extending my congratulations to the finalists. The winners will be announced at the gala awards night on the 23^rd of October on the Gold Coast. This will be a wonderful night for us to join together, celebrate the achievements of our profession and recognise our top stars.

The REIQ is on the lookout for two new board members - a young member director (under 35 years) and a female regional member director. If you are an eligible member and would like to get involved and contribute to the success of the REIQ, I encourage you to nominate. We're also seeking recommendations for Life Membership of the REIQ, granted to individuals recognised for their long, continuous and outstanding meritorious service to our organisation.
